We use this information to respond to your enquiry, provide quotes, arrange bookings, and follow up about your event. If you’ve opted in, we may also send occasional updates or offers by email. We don’t sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Where it’s stored

Your details are stored securely in our booking and customer management systems, accessible only to The Photobooth team.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us at admin@thephotobooth.au.

Who we share your data with

We don’t sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted third parties who help us run our business and deliver your event, including Meta (for Facebook and Instagram lead forms), our booking and customer management software, email or SMS communication platforms, and payment processors. If a subcontracted booth operator handles your event, relevant event details may be shared with them to deliver your service. These providers only use your information to help us serve you, not for their own purposes.

How long we retain your data

We keep your information for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and deliver our services. For confirmed bookings, we retain records for up to 7 years to meet our tax and business record-keeping obligations. For enquiries that don’t lead to a booking, we retain your details for up to 24 months in case you’d like to get back in touch, after which they’re securely deleted unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
